This branding project was done for a wax melt small shop called "Archie & Dala Scents." They wanted a clean and elegant logo with simple labels for their various products. The logo and patterns feature the owner's two dogs, Archie & Dala, in a hand-drawn style to express that their products are homemade and made with love.
The logo on the left is the original logo that I had designed for the client, exactly as the client wanted it. The client insisted on this illustration style and these fonts used. I felt that the fonts and illustration were not working, especially the line weight and style for shrinkage purposes. I chose to go a different direction for my portfolio, using more playful, fun typography and simplifying the illustration, using a thicker and rounder line weight.
This logo was done for a dog treat small shop called "Naya's Nibbles." They wanted a fun and stylish logo that featured their dog while also showcasing their main product, homemade, grain and gluten free dog treats.
